Please note: Write your message in the Order Note at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. Prefer to write it yourself? Just leave the Order Note blank, and we’ll send the card empty for you to fill in.
Our Greeting Cards fit over the 6 pack box so if you're ordering the 12 pack (2 x 6 pack) and want a band over both boxes make sure to add 2 to cart. We don't currently have a card for the 30 pack box.

- We Bake and Ship Mon-Thurs (excluding public holidays)
- Order before 8am (Mon-Thurs) for same day shipping.
- Orders after 8am will be baked and shipped the following day (Mon-Wed)
- Orders placed after 8am Thurs-Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday.
Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. All cookies are heat sealed for maximum freshness and last 2 weeks from the 'baked on' date.
If sending as a gift please allow enough time for shipping.

Gourmet Cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks from the 'baked on' date if stored in their heat sealed bags.

We care about your health and wellbeing so whilst we are super careful to avoid cross contamination, if you have a severe allergy we recommend NOT consuming our products.

We get it, this can be disappointing but honestly it's nothing to Sook about. If they are a little melted pop them in the fridge, If they are a little broken crumble them over some ice cream. They will still taste amazing!
